Background.
Brownie leads compliance at the firm and specialises in governance and ESG. She has recovered debts exceeding US$10 million and handled contract negotiations, land conveyancing and alternative dispute resolution, with experience in government and international settings. She is a Chartered Governance Expert (ICG UK) and sits on the board of the Young Lawyers Committee of the Uganda Law Society.
