About Nuwajuna Associated Advocates (NAA)

Nuwajuna Associated Advocates (NAA) is a duly licensed firm registered under 80020003769070 and is regulated by the Law Council. At NAA, we provide several services to corporate and individual clients including Legal advisory and representation in various legal aspects as well as company secretarial and corporate governance support.

We are members of the Law Societies of Uganda and East Africa and none of our members have ever been the subject of any form of disciplinary action before the Uganda Law Council. We are also certified and registered Intellectual Property Agents with the Uganda Registration Services Bureau (URSB) and the African Regional Intellectual Property Organization (ARIPO).

Justus Nuwajuna Kamuhanda (Managing Partner)

Justus is a Managing Partner and head of the Commercial law divisions of the firm, with a bias towards Labour Law, Intellectual Property law, contract and transactional advisory services and mediation.
His experience in Commercial law extends to a vast number of legal matters including commercial suits, mergers, acquisitions, project development, negotiations, litigation and other alternative dispute resolution.

Enoch is a partner and advocate. He heads the Corporate and Family departments of the firm. He has over 5 years' experience in corporate law with a bias towards Corporate governance and advisory, restructuring and finance.
